1. Overview
DropResearchHub provides access to digital product research, emerging product insights, AI-assisted analysis, dashboards, member tools and related content. This Refund Policy applies to paid memberships purchased through DropResearchHub.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
2. 7-day free trial
Where a 7-day free trial is offered, you may use DropResearchHub during the trial period without being charged.
- You can cancel during the trial to avoid the first subscription charge.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically.
- The trial is intended to help you decide whether the platform is right for you before payment begins.
3. Monthly subscription
DropResearchHub is currently offered as a monthly subscription at £24.99 per month, unless a different price or offer is shown at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Refund requests
Because DropResearchHub is a digital membership service and members receive immediate access to platform content and tools, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started.
However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly where:
- you believe you were charged in error;
- there was a technical issue preventing access to the platform;
- duplicate payment was taken;
- a refund is required under applicable law.
Important: DropResearchHub does not offer refunds because a member did not make sales, did not launch a store, did not act on the research, or disagrees with a product opportunity after gaining access to the platform.
5. Access after cancellation
When you cancel a paid subscription, your access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at the time of cancellation.
After your paid access ends, you may lose access to member-only pages, saved products, analysis tools, market pulse content and other subscription features.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can review it. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, your account access may be paused while the issue is investigated.
