Terms for using DropResearchHub
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using DropResearchHub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of DropResearchHub, including the website, member dashboard, product research pages, market insights, analysis tools, emails and any related services we provide.
In these terms, “DropResearchHub”, “DRH”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the operator of the DropResearchHub platform. “You” means the person or business using the platform.
2. What DropResearchHub provides
DropResearchHub is a product research and ecommerce insight platform focused mainly on UK dropshipping and ecommerce opportunities.
The platform may include:
- weekly emerging product research;
- product analysis and scoring;
- supplier and marketplace research signals;
- creative angle suggestions;
- launch plan guidance;
- market pulse or trend commentary;
- saved products and member dashboard features;
- email updates or product drop notifications.
Features may change over time as the platform develops.
3. Accounts and access
You may need an account to access member-only areas. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing. You must not share your login with other people or resell access to the platform unless we agree in writing.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared, used fraudulently, or used in a way that harms the platform or other users.
4. Subscriptions and payment
DropResearchHub is offered as a paid subscription. The current standard price is £24.99 per month, unless a different price, discount or offer is shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
5. Free trials and promotional access
Where we offer a free trial, it will usually last 7 days unless a different trial period is shown at sign-up.
After the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The checkout or sign-up flow should show the relevant trial, price and billing details.
We may change, withdraw or limit trial offers at any time. Trial abuse, repeated trial sign-ups or attempts to avoid payment may lead to account restriction.
6. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided through the platform, Stripe billing portal, or by contacting us through the contact details on this site.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we state otherwise or the law requires otherwise, you will normally keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We aim to make cancellation straightforward. If you have trouble cancelling, contact us and we will help.
7. Refunds
Because DropResearchHub is a digital membership service, refunds are not automatically provided for every subscription payment once access has been supplied.
We may consider refunds where:
- you were charged in error;
- there is a duplicate payment;
- you could not access the service due to a platform issue;
- consumer law gives you a right to a refund;
- we agree a refund as a goodwill gesture.
Refund requests should be made through the contact details on this site. We may ask for the email address connected to your account and the Stripe payment reference.

8. Product research, AI and no profit guarantee
DropResearchHub uses product research methods, supplier signals, marketplace information, trend data and AI-assisted analysis to generate or support research outputs.
Our research is intended to help you make better-informed ecommerce decisions. It is not financial advice, legal advice, business advice, investment advice or a guarantee of results.
You remain responsible for:
- checking suppliers, shipping times, stock, returns and product quality;
- checking product safety, legal restrictions and advertising rules;
- validating demand before spending money on stock, ads or store build-outs;
- setting your own prices, margins and commercial strategy;
- complying with ecommerce, consumer, advertising and tax obligations.
AI-assisted research may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or assumptions. You should always perform your own checks before acting on any recommendation or insight.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use DropResearchHub to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute member-only content at scale;
- share your account with multiple users;
- attempt to reverse engineer, overload, attack or disrupt the platform;
- upload malicious code or interfere with other users;
- misrepresent DRH insights as guaranteed outcomes;
- use the platform in a way that damages our brand, systems or other members.
If you breach these rules, we may suspend or terminate access.
10. Intellectual property
DropResearchHub, including its branding, design, layout, product research format, scoring frameworks, written content, analysis structures, Hub character concepts and member-only materials, belongs to us or our licensors.
You may use DRH content for your own product research and ecommerce decision-making. You must not copy, sell, publish, license, package or redistribute our content as your own competing product or service.
Any trademarks, product names, supplier names or marketplace references mentioned on DRH belong to their respective owners.
11. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep DropResearchHub available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party outages, API limits or technical problems.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your commercial decisions, advertising spend, supplier issues, marketplace bans, product defects, legal non-compliance, or reliance on research without your own validation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes to these terms or the platform
We may update these terms from time to time as DRH develops, laws change, pricing changes or new features are added.
If changes are significant, we may notify members by email, in-platform notice or by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
